A: If an item is found damaged, incorrect, or incomplete based on your order, please send us:

- Batch number
- Images of the received product(s)

If a reverse pickup is arranged, the following process applies:
- The courier partner will pick up the product within 1–2 working days.

- If the inspection is successful, we will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
